2006 Sports Scholarship Offers

In July 2006, 4 Aussie students attended the International Showcase event in Florida. They were warmly welcomed by coaches from over 70 American universities who assessed their abilities in their chosen sports: soccer, tennis and basketball.

When they signed up for the program the Aussies were guaranteed a minimum of 2 Scholarships offers each. After their attendance at the showcase, the 4 Aussies had received a total of 41 Scholarship offers between them.

You can view the actual scholarships offered here. The names of the students have been changed for privacy reasons but you can clearly see just how generous these Scholarships are.

The 2007 International Showcase is scheduled to take place from July 12th – 23rd in Florida, USA. Amateur or recreational sports men and women looking to develop their skills and know how at an American university are guaranteed a minimum of 2 scholarship offers.
