Step 1: Download an application form. Call our staff to discuss any queries you may have.

Step 2: Complete the application form, ensuring that you include the items noted in the checklist below:

	Application form
	Your CV
	Two photographs*
	Written references
	Copies of any Certificates, Degrees and/or Diplomas you may have
	$250 deposit

* Photographs:

• Female applicants must wear a white blouse and tie their hair back, and keep jewellery to a minimum.
• Male applicants must wear a white shirt and a tie, and have short hair and no facial hair.
• Include one passport picture and one full body picture.

Step 3: As soon as we receive your application, you will be invited to a personal interview, (this may be by telephone) in which we can get to know you and get an impression of your motivation and skills. You can use the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Step 4: If all goes well, we write confirming your formal acceptance and send you a Program Manual.

Step 5: We send your application to DFSR in Germany. Your profile will then be sent out to partner hotels that might be interested in you. If a hotel shows interest you might be asked to do a telephone interview. You will have to call the HR department of the hotel at a certain time. We will let you know well in advance which hotel and job you are applying for.

Step 6: When a hotel decides to hire you a contract is sent to you.

Step 7: You will then apply for your visa and arrange your travel and we will organise your insurance and other program inclusions.

Step 8: Then you take part in the Academy’s course and fly off to the UK to your new job.
