If you purchase a specially discounted airfare from our travel

A $250 deposit is required when you submit your application.
The balance of your program fee is due immediately upon
acceptance.
Cancellation and
Refund Policy:
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and will be
effective at the date received by Student Placement Australia
Pty Ltd.Refunds will be made according to
the following schedule:
If your application does not meet our eligibility criteria
you will be refunded in full.
If you withdraw from the Program before acceptance you will
lose your $250 deposit.
If you withdraw from the Program after acceptance:
but more than one month prior to departure - 75% of program
fee will be refunded.
but less than one month prior to departure - 50% of program
fee will be refunded.
If you withdraw from the program you can also opt:
to participate in the next Showcase event
and be given credit for amounts already paid
If you not receive at least nine (9) scholarship offers
as described in the program terms and conditions, you will
receive a 100% refund of the program fee.
